BOOKINGS.
1. Depending on the method of payment, our system provides immediate online booking confirmation or confirmation subject to verify payment.
2. To check pricing, guests must enter the system and specify the exact dates for check-in and checkout. All prices include tax. The price of the villa does not depend on the number of guests. It will depend on the booking date and the specific accommodation conditions.
3. The guest is asked then to proceed to pay, providing compliance with the General Conditions.
4. The booking will be confirmed as soon as the guest has paid the 30% of the accommodation price.
DOCUMENTATION.
All guests, without exception, must carry a valid personal identification document (ID, passport or identity card) and accept to give a copy (photo) to attend the local authority procedures.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT.
If there are no special agreements, check-in time is from 16:00 to 23:00 and check-out time is from 7:00 to 10:00. Guests are required to communicate in advance their preferred times in the indicated time ranges.
CLEANING
The property will be rented out to the guests in perfect conditions of use and cleanliness. The guest is asked to pay the cleaning fee at the arrival. He is responsible for cleaning the property during the rental period if does not require extra cleaning services to be paid locally.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
It is also the guest’s responsibility to conform at all times to the exact number of guests for which the CHECK-IN was made. Under no circumstances the guest is allowed to increase the maximum number of guests in the villas; this fact will allow the owner or supervisor to take relevant action (eviction).
It is the responsibility of the guest to leave the property in the same state as when entering the property. The guest will be responsible for any damage caused by negligence.
The guest will pay separately for any damage caused during the use of the property. Guests are not allowed to take away any object from the property.
PETS
Small animals are accepted only if there is a prior agreement
CELEBRATIONS AND PARTIES
Celebrations and parties are not allowed unless special agreement is reached.
USE OF THE POOL
Kids must always be supervised. The guest is responsible for the safety use of the pool. Pools in Villa Turquesa are between 15 to 150 cm deep. Diving is forbidden.
SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed inside villas.
NEIGHBORHOOD
Guests are asked to respect neighborhood peace and quiet before 10:00 and after 23:00.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
In case of cancellation by the owners: the deposit will be fully returned if we have to cancel your booking for reasons beyond our control.
In case of cancellation by the guests the cancellation fees are as follows:
-0% for cancellations 24hours from the booking
-30% for cancellations until full payment is due
-100% for cancellations after paying the full amount. Full amount is due 2 weeks before check-in.
The booking will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded if guests have not arrived before 12:00 PM of the day following the due arrival date.
